Return policy

You can return your products purchased at within 14 days of the purchase being delivered. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all their original labels and packaging. We do not collect items that have already been used and are not damaged.

Send us an email to info@beautydiamo nd .shop to coordinate the return of your order. Our customer service department will tell you how to proceed. Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the returned order.

In the event that the customer wishes to make an exchange or return, *the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.*

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order at reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost/Stolen Items is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on the Tracking Page provided.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
